I just noticed that from Ali-express you can now select Russian vendors with Russian factories.

What a novelty.

You can also specificly search for it. (Search products with ship:russia) preselected.

Been around for quite a long time ... 'factories' ... normally warehouses with Chinese stock already IN Russia
