Tonight is New Year's Eve

According to the Russian Orthodox Calendar.

So tonight a Russian table is laid.  Caviar black and Red. Ukraine salami and wild mushrooms.  A baked sea Trout. Roast Pork.  Various pickled vegetables and cheese.  Finally, of course VODKA  :thumbsup:

Looking forward to a great evening. 

Pity this is the last event of the winter holidays...
