The UK courts surprised me ....
« on: December 20, 2017, 03:51:56 AM »
https://www.thesun.co.uk/news/5176051/family-constantine-ali-east-ham-london-extension-legal-battle/

So if I get this right:
Family neighbour "Ali" , builds on his house and extends it 3 inches into his neighbours territory.

an 8-year legal battle is mounted, which the Family looses and "Ali" wins.

Now he has to give his house to Ali, because he can't pay the legal costs of the winner (Ali).

Justice? Noway.

Hmm,

After reading other newspapers (not the sun), it seems mr. Ali was correct and the 3-inches were really his territory, therefore he won the court case.
