I know I've read many people here talk about fake sites and agencies and the stupid things they do and have done Well, it appears one site is lifting the lid  victoriabrides.com updated their terms of service on November 27 to contain the following text:

BY USING OUR WEBSITE, YOU AGREE TO THE RESULTING INCREASED RISKS OF
