Elena and I separated after 11 years of marriage recently. My daughters are independent after living with us for so long and have 'gotten out the nest'. Completely amicable, we sold the family home and my proceeds enabled me to buy another house in Melbourne outright.

Neighbours are good, fishing trip with these guys happening soon.

Elena and myself have no issues about speaking, she calls and asks how I am going and vice versa.

It was a wonderful union, but people drift away from each other.
