Elizabeth "Pocahontas" Warren
« on: February 08, 2017, 11:46:35 AM »
I'll start this thread now as I'm sure we'll have the opportunity to make more contributions to the topic in the next 4 years.

Well, Elizabeth "Pocahontas" Warren kicked off her 2020 Presidential Campaign yesterday by openly violating the rules of the Senate and invoking the name of Coretta Scott King at the same time. That should make her the "preseason favorite" of the wack job ultra left wing of the Progressive movement.

The Senate Rule states, "No Senator in debate shall, directly or indirectly, by any form of words impute to another Senator or to other Senators any conduct or motive unworthy or unbecoming a Senator." Why on earth would she think that "quoting" a passage that violates this rule would be tolerated?

She's making the news channel rounds today and the sounds of her campaign fundraising cash register can be heard across the nation.

First, I think you mean "Faux-cahontas" and second, she's simply kicked off her 2020 presidential run.  Cory "I was for school choice, before I was against it" Booker is way out in front of her on the "smack talking Jeff Sessions' nomination" already.

They got Trump-slapped in the election, they're sunk in 2018 because of the Senate map and right now all they can do is claw at the inside of the coffin.

Her behavior is typical democratic tactics  during this round of cabinet confirmations - "Sling as much mud as possible", it's all we can do, because we will lose the senate vote...

Sessions was confirmed as Attorney General 52 to 47.

Now Trump can begin the investigations and the results from will create a ground swell of public opinion he can use to sway Congress on the other things he wants done.

You mean she isn't buried in Disneyland, Florida?

Nope..

I believe that she was buried in Gravesend, though I may be wrong..

And a cracking Neil Young song to boot;

Aurora borealis
The icy sky at night
Paddles cut the water
In a long and hurried flight
From the white man
to the fields of green
And the homeland
we've never seen.

They killed us in our tepee
And they cut our women down
They might have left some babies
Cryin' on the ground
But the firesticks
and the wagons come
And the night falls
on the setting sun.

They massacred the buffalo
Kitty corner from the bank
The taxis run across my feet
And my eyes have turned to blanks
In my little box
at the top of the stairs
With my Indian rug
and a pipe to share.

I wish a was a trapper
I would give thousand pelts
To sleep with Pocahontas
And find out how she felt
In the mornin'
on the fields of green
In the homeland
we've never seen.

And maybe Marlon Brando
Will be there by the fire
We'll sit and talk of Hollywood
And the good things there for hire
And the Astrodome
and the first tepee
Marlon Brando, Pocahontas and me
Marlon Brando, Pocahontas and me
Pocahontas.
O pointy birds, o pointy pointy, Anoint my head, anointy-nointy.
