Now, if we can just get you to spell Kiev Kiev as most Ukrainians would prefer it ...

Most people more readily recognise Kiev.

Where is the evidence for "most Ukrainians" anyway? This from a bloke who thinks Crimea and Donbass are still in Ukraine.  :whist11:

Not helpful for those VISA nationals seeking to transit to from / Russia :(

All information about the visa regime in Russia you can find here. In this country, laws change every week. Lol. Be careful)))

Welcome!

Except I was talking about Belarus - not Russia ))

As for Visa rules changing all the time - oh, how I know .....   Got caught by the temporary - must register in Russia within 24 hours - during the Confederation Cup 2017!

Not a single one of my hundreds of Ukrainian friends and family (from all over the center/centre, north, south and east) could give a toss how you spell Kiev/Kiev.
We don't need spelling nazis here do we?? I don't care that North Americans can't spell english words either

As an American I spell it Kiev because most in the West recognize it that way. I’m not trying to take sides between Russia and Ukraine. However if it irritates Noby to write Kiev then I must be doing it right.  :chuckle:

They make up tales about the tail they never got. If it’s anything like Kiev sex tourists can find themselves in trouble if they upset certain types.  :)

Well at least you spelt 'tail' correctly in the context of it's use .... horrible term

Now, if we can just get you to spell Kiev as most Ukrainians would prefer it ...

We have sex tourists to Kiev on here who return and experience no grief....

When were YOU last in the FSU ? ..... Clearly, like most subjects you post on - not recently ...   or was that your 'nephew'  :chuckle:

Give him enough rope and he’ll hang himself.

Sentence 1 - argumentative, childish pettiness.

Sentence 2 - some Moby’s-world weirdness and pedantic behaviour

Sentence 3 - an unsubstantiated bizarre attack on someone he doesn’t like

Sentence 4 - another personal attack on a fellow member

This sums up the blokes general contribution and he wonders why he needs an adult to proof read his posts before we sadly have to digest it.  :chuckle:

Most people used to call Ukraine 'the' Ukraine....   did that make 'em 'right' ?

Crimea: 100:11, 13:1 UN Gen and Sec Council votes ... ?

Unlike you - I HAVE been to the places you mentioned above ..  Plenty of Donbas still under Kiev control ..

Crimea: 100:11, 13:1 UN Gen and Sec Council votes ... ?
A sad day for democracy, it surely showed me who's in charge, it is certainly not the 'voters' of any democratic nation.

Apparently , a EU-Army is now being erected, Netherlands already signed off on it (by means of prime minister Mark Rutte) when the population has made it quite clear multiple times we do not want this.

Do you think it’ll force the people to take to the streets or will the politicians simply get their way?

Sadly, the latter. The fact was in a news-column on page 9 of a print-paper and non-existant on most mainstream media. I only knew about it because I also keep an eye on the rightwing online news media named 'geenstijl' (no morale).

Is “No Morale” more honest?

They are usually open to alternative viewpoints as long as they are right-wing by nature.

I trust them a little bit more than the rest of the media.
