If you're planning to visit Moscow or St.Petersburg plan ahead when booking Hotels. Also there will be rate increases coming.

You can see that just by walking up Nevsky any time, the city is flooded with Chinese tourists. As I said recently the airport has introduced Chinese notifications..They are every where.
