Only 27, Leningrad-born, played Chekov in the recent Star Trek reboot, and for me a much better film/role as Quentin in Rudderless, pinned against a wall by his car in left in neutral apparently, remote place....

So many celebrity death hoaxes about - a few here - pretty sure this is right tho....

Пусть земля ему будет пухом........

I'm a fan of Star Trek and particularly to JJ Abrams 're-booted' films.

So, it was a shock to learn that one of the young actors has lost his life in a freak accident - just before the release of the new film

Anton Yelchin, Star Trek's Chekov, killed by his own car

A little tribute to his character
