Changing currency in Russia
« on: April 17, 2016, 11:09:52 PM »
I ended up coming back to Russia with Thai Bhat ... I didn't have time to change it at the airport and thought ''I'll do it in Russia''..

This seems to have been a mistake..

I ASSumed that with all those Russians going to Thailand - that they'd buy some Bhat before going / bring some back..

Been to several banks who just stared at me and almost laughed...

So, can one change Thai Bhat for Roubles, in Russia - or must I wait until I go back to the UK ?
