Just to add, this woman is a real person, a dear long term friend (who I will not name, or identify her city),
but has had her photos stolen and used on dating sites without her knowledge and approval. If anyone here is communicating with "her"....you are being scammed 100% but not by her. She is not available. If "they" are using this photo...it is 6 years old. I know ;-)

Knowing the culture and history will help in your search. Understand that you are dealing with the element Woman, rather difficult to pin down it has qualities like Mercury and gold but also oxygen and hydrogen. Get polished and groomed.

I found several excellent prospects for him and he met 3 of them on his own. However he didn't feel that they were up to his standard. After I had worked for him for 4 months he basically told me that he is not interested in ordinary women. The women who would interest him would have to come from the "high class" background, daughters of wealthy businessmen who "know how to act in the high society circles" and of course have to have model looks. He is now using an exclusive matchmaking agency who according to him have women like that. I'm interested to know how that works out for him. We are still communicating on a regular basis and he asks for my opinion here and there. By all measures his standards are extremely high, but he is very successful, good looking and still relatively young so he may find what he is looking for eventually. Who knows if it will last but hey, that's life.

On the other hand my other European client who is seriously disabled went to Ukraine to visit the girl I found for him. The trip went extremely well and now he is working on her visiting him in Europe. They are very serious.

When we first started talking with her she seemed very genuine to me. When the subject of possible relationship came up she was very open and honest and told him that she really likes him as a person and would love to remain friends but just can't envision herself being in a romantic relationship with a man with this kind of disability. He was very upset and discouraged, but I told him that this response from her was actually a good thing. It meant that she was genuine and wasn't trying to use him. I suggested to him that he continues talking to her while we keep on contacting and chatting with other girls. I told him: "Look, she obviously likes your intellect and your personality. What you need to do is just be a good friend to her, always be there for her to the point where she is "addicted" to talking to you and always have you there for her. Because she is so genuine it is very likely that you can make a move from the "Friends only" zone because she can't envision herself being with a disabled man to "Romantic love" zone because she can't envision herself being without YOU.

It worked exactly as I thought it would. At some point when he was busy with work or communicating with other girls and wouldn't have the time to write to her for a day or two she would start getting jealous!!!   Long story short, she really wanted to meet him and see how it goes. They met and things couldn't be better.
It is too early to celebrate but I have a feeling that they may become a very happy couple.
