A very dangerous "mail order bride"
« on: December 09, 2015, 04:36:33 PM »
It doesn't seem that anyone has noticed however the terrorist shooting in San Bernardino, CA was conducted by an American born Muslim man and his "MOB" wife from Saudi Arabia who was actually originally from Pakistan.  Initial rumors were that she radicalized him but now they say they were both already radicalized but that her getting married to him was simply an easy way to get an already radicalized ISIL or Al Queda operative into the USA.  I wonder if this will somehow affect the status of future fiancé visas to the USA?

There's also a Russian link, per msn news.

Enrique Marquez Jr. purchased two military-style rifles several years ago that Syed Rizwan Farook and Tashfeen Malik used in the attack that killed 14 people at the Inland Regional Center, according to federal authorities

Marquez married Mariya Chernykh in November 2014, according to county records. The marriage added another connection to the Farook family; Chernykh’s sister was married to Syed Raheel Farook, the shooter’s older brother. The sisters are from Russia, according to marriage records.

The terrorist mail order bride apparently lied on her K-1 visa application about her address in Pakistan to hide information which may have indicated ties to radicals.  No big surprise.

Pretty serious allegations by Haney

http://thefederalist.com/2015/12/10/dhs-state-halted-investigation-into-islamist-group-linked-to-san-bernardino-terrorists/

The main poimt , from a man previously tasked with tracking individuals with connection to terrorists groups-

Quote
Haney said that if he’d been allowed to continue his investigation, Malik’s visa application would have been flagged for greater scrutiny.

If the allegations are true, I Hope our state department can justify why Tablighi Jamaat , associations would not be considered  specially designated terrorists organization.

Quote
An association with Tablighi Jamaat has been documented by the French in an estimated 80% of terrorism cases.

Quote
After more than six months tracking the Deobandi movement, Homeland Security halted the investigation at the urging of the State Department’s Office of Civil Rights, Haney said.

The agencies asserted that since the Islamist groups in question were not Specially Designated Terrorist Organizations, tracking individuals related to these groups was a violation of the their civil liberties, according to Haney.

Either the previously awarded Haney is lying through his teeth for publicity and exposer, or our State departments PC policies over the last decade contributed in this tragedy.

..either way I'd expect some fallout in petitions for  family based visa's here.
