Kerch - Crimea Bridge Well Underway

Work on the new bridge from Kerch to Crimea started some time back. It seems a temporary bridge must be built before he main one, and here is a drone video of where it is at right now.

Isn't the temporary bridge now complete?
I'd thought it was, but the first of three temporary bridges is now operational.
