The United states government should focus on real problem issues dealing with media sources that promotes terrorism. I can't recall reading any RT articles that have promoted violence or chaos.
Goes to show how much the western media controls what the average American is allowed to know.

Sort of wonder how long it will take RT to blame the coup in Zimbabwe on an American lead action.

Because those screenshots werent presented as 'proof' but merely as illustration of a news article. A nice pic to go with the text.

Propaganda or not, forcing RT to register sets a bad precedent

It's a bit strange how an alcoholic could sustain fatal injuries, with such a low amount of alcohol in his blood?  Many alcoholics seem to build up a tolerance, and function under the influence fairly well.
Of course this could be just more western media propaganda, but if accurate, it does leave some questions unanswered.

I've just heard RT are clearing out their studios in London this afternoon.

Sky, Freesat and Freeview removed RT from the listings on the 3rd.

Control the media, control the narrative. Our government doesn't want people seeing alternative opinions to the official 'approved' narrative.

However, you can still get RT in Europe via satellite if you retune the dish:

Quote
We inform you about the following changes in the parameters of satellite broadcasting in Europe:

On March 4, 2022, the RT channel began broadcasting at a frequency of 11634MHz via the Express AM8 14.0°W satellite.

In the future, we suggest using the following parameters to receive the RT channel from the Express AM8 satellite:

RT-Global SD
Express AM8 at 14.0°W
Frequency (MHz): 11634
Band: KU
Polarization: V
Modulation: DVB-S2 8PSK
Symbol Rate (SR): 7347
FEC: 3/4
SID: 2
VPID: 481
APID: 482

You can still watch online here: https://www.rt.com/schedule/uk/

I called it seven years ago, I am surprised it took so long.

In reality, the establishment here would very much like to see RT go away. They will do everything they can to revoke their broadcasting licence here.

Yes it seems Putin is doubling down at home too.
Lastest speeches of folks in Russia that are not full patriots
and do not support what Putin is doing, should be spit out like a nat.

So all you pro Russian folks should enjoy this, no more free thinking,
that will be done for you, no free will, you will be told what to think
how to live and what is ok to be happy about.

I am curious for all you pro Russian folks that love this ideology so much
when you moving to Russia? The perfect world awaits you.

The only restriction which I have, at this time, is access to the BBC on the internet..
Other than that, I believe that Fb, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn are also blocked.. Don't use them at all.. But when someone on here puts up something from Twitter, I cannot see it..
Free thinking from a canuk, well, that is a surprise, hopefully you are not a trucker..
Everything else is just great..
I love living in Russia, if I didn't, I would be gone rather smartish, that does not mean that I agree/disagree with the current situation..
