Sunflower seeds you should try them, I love them just so dam annoying spending time opening the shell for a miniature seed((( but very addictive.

She prefers black seeds..chorny semishki.. I have no idea which plant they are from..I just know I am being force-fed nuts...'arakhis polze' (?) as I type...)

My wife love those too, in fact she is munshing on some now, but as you said, a PIA the get them little things put of the shells. Hardly worth all the effort IMHO.
