Hello, seems I'm the first woman in this topic  .

It's obvious that 5 things are not enough when we are thinking about future husband but that's what we are given.

I voted:
He must love me
He should be understanding
Makes me laugh sense of humor
Financially Secure
He should be able to make decisions

I guess I don't have to explain my choice though you are free to ask questions but  I would make some improvements or at least ask a question...
Why thrust thing is devided into two parts? Both partners should trust each other or it makes no sence at all. IMO

If I could vote more than 5 times the answer would be

He must love me
He should be understanding
Makes me laugh sense of humor
Financially Secure
He should be able to make decisions
We must trust each other
He should be close to my age (not be more than 10 years older than me)
He should be patient
He should be cultured
He should have good manners
He should be attentive
We should feel comfortable together
Honesty
He must NOT drink

accurately. I guess I could try but then it would probably turn

Thank you for answering this. Unfortunately I am afraid it will be replied to by a small cross section but it will give some indication to what every one women from the former Soviet Union are looking for in a partner. (Eastern or Western)

While I do not have the time to follow all the threads it would be interesting if you introduce your self to the readers of RUAdventure.  It is a bit strange here but quite informative. Especially if we have women such as you involved.

A few corrections in terms of translation, if you allow:

Must help with house work / kids - он должен помогать мне в работе по дому / с детьми

Makes me laugh sense of humor - он должен иметь чувство юмора

He should have no previous kids - у него не должно быть детей от предыдущих браков

He must love my kids Он должен любить моих детей           
He should not want more kids Он должен не хотеть больше детей      
He should want more kids Он должен хотеть больше детей

He must be neat and not a slob - Он должен быть аккуратным, не быть неряхой

Well, IMHO, it's just like calling a cat a cat. Could be insulting at times, however, if the cat doesn't want to be one

I believe that 'winning someone's heart' would rather becoming a friend rather than lover. Winning a heart wouldn't quite becoming loved by someone. Love cannot be won, earned or deserved by showing some virtues. Friendship however can.

Thanks for the warm welcoming..I live in an industrial center in the north-west of Russian Federation, as I say it somewhere between Moscow and St.Petersburg, am 43 y.o, divorced 2 years ago after 20 years of marriage, have two wonderful girls (21 and 15 y.o).  With background as a teacher I have quite different job as lots of RW .

Yes, they are, basilik ...Wow, I'm really impressed with your observation. I don't need so  many flowers though a bunch of tulips would be nice . And I've got my real picture on another forum if you are that interested  

If you allow I'd add some terms of translation either

A real man  - if you insist on the word "real" it is настоящий мужчина,
but to my mind "true man" would sound better cause "real" also may be реальный that can also  be a problem in our search..hehehe

She has information on visiting Crimea on her page and once I sent her a letter inviting
