You will need to make a couple more posts before you can send a Private Message to Aloha. Bear in mind some use RUA for a short time and than move on, as well as change e.Mail addresses.

It might be a dead end.

Leslie a moderator living in Turkey might be able to assist. There are many unanswered questions  on the two threads.

It's not bad at all, we get far worse from the natives on here.

My English usage is not perfect either.

You can perhaps ask for assistance from Manny who owns this site. Again there is a possibility that all leads will be a dead end.

My guess you need to proceed with an attorney and personal appeal to Irina. But I would first define your goals.

about 19 years ago, when I was a student, I met Irina. We talked a few times, drank alcohol, but we didn't have sex.
4 years later, in 2003, when I was working, she found me and offered to meet. Shortly before that, I got divorced and wanted to walk. We met Irina several times and we had sex. She wanted more, introduced me to her family, and there was talk of a wedding. Of course, after the divorce, I didn't want a new relationship and told her about it. She accused me of using her sexually and we broke up. But two months later, I found out she was pregnant. I asked her to have an abortion and get rid of the baby, but she said she wanted a baby and wouldn't have a problem with me. So I lived until 2010.
In 2010 she sued and I was recognized as the father of the child, having carried out examination. The court ordered me to pay her monthly payments.
I did not challenge the court's decision and did not want to communicate with her and the child. But she found me again and offered me a deal where I let her and her son go to live in Turkey, and she has no problem with me.
I agreed and we had nothing to do. However, in July 2018, she again appealed to the court and demanded to resume payments. Of course I don't want to pay money to the person who cheated on me and the child I've never seen.

Revenge is a rather bitter drink.

On one side to me it sounds like you are avoiding responsibility. But she accepted responsibility for the child.

You were found to be the father, but how was this discovered? DNA or by the court based on a time line. Also said sproglet is ten plus years old, have you had any direct contact per the agreement? I assume you have an attorney/lawyer?

I think she can moan to the moon, scream to the sun, but even if she is an attorney I tend to doubt she can do anything from Turkey while you are in Belarus.

All the above is prefaced with the reality there is no serious money or assets involved

It was DNA test.

She had a court decision to collect alimony from me. But in exchange for some documents, she refused financial claims. And now I have them again

So, we have an advantage taking tart who is, by now, past her sell by date and a load of blokes following her, and each other, around the Internet. Guys, the woman is now old, the kid is grown up and none of you is gonna get anything out of the kid or its mother.

Go find proper women, enjoy your middle age and let this Irina bint enjoy her fading beauty on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea.

It isn't worth doing anything else!

Ah ha, so a woman who behaved like a human being and didn’t murder her own child for an evil mans wishes but instead expects the “man” to also behave like a human is suddenly an “advantage taking tart”.

What a disgusting thing to tell a young vulnerable mother and now you come here seeking approval for your lack of honor and dereliction of duty?

One wonders how you would feel about your own father if he had told your mother to “get rid of” you as if you were a piece of trash?

It’s no wonder that some men give the rest of us a bad image. You took advantage of her at the start and now you’re upset your chickens came home to roost.  :coffeeread:

If you have something to share on the topic please feel free as long as it is within our terms. Private messages are not necessary.

As Andrew touched upon, I am surprised that people are still thrashing this dead horse 10 years later. I also fail to see what is to be gained from it, and furthermore what the child will think when He/she Googles Mama.

The OP apparently created a child with this woman. He then unsuccessfully sought to avoid responsibility for said child and continues to denigrate his child’s mother across the Internet.

Irrespective of what the alleged scammer may or may not have done a decade ago, the OP is not coming out of this smelling of roses himself however you look at it.

It might be time to let go of the bitterness 10 years later and perhaps even go and meet your child. Life is too short to be bent out of shape about something like this a decade later.

Manny,

On October 2, 2010 you wrote:

"This is a curious topic.

We have had a bunch of complaining emails, report posts and PMs from various people either being the accused, or acting on behalf of the accused, asking us to remove this topic. None of them have carried enough validity that the topic be removed. The (zero post) "members" who have complained about this topic were advised to reply on the topic itself. None have to date.

It is not our habit here to remove content because someone is pissed or finds it inconvenient. They need to provide either a UK court order or otherwise provide reasonable evidence to me that what we are hosting is untrue. Despite a bunch of "complaints" received to date, none of it actually provided any evidence to the contrary."

1) "...go and meet your child." I am not S0kol, the father of Sasha.

2) "...10 years later..." If not for this post being brought to my attention by someone else, I wouldn’t have given it another thought. So, I’m not following, looking for, and/or even interested in Irina. I know exactly where she is and who she’s married to. In fact, I've sent a message to her and her husband today regarding this strange matter and the Belorussian, S0kol.

3) I’m the originator of this post regarding Irina. What I have to share is off topic. Please, if you could, contact me via a Private Message. This would be greatly appreciated.
